Cookie policy

Every cookie this site can set, what it is for, how long it lasts, and how to say no to all of it as easily as saying yes.

Last updated 15 August 2026 · Governed by Spanish law

The short version

Strictly necessary cookies run so that the bag and the checkout form work. Nothing else runs until you tell us it may.

The first layer of the banner offers Accept all and Reject all side by side, in the same size, colour and weight. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, which is what Spanish and European rules require and, frankly, the only honest way to ask.

No category is pre-ticked in the preferences panel.

Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot do what you asked it to.

  • tejella.cart.v1 — remembers what is in your bag between visits. Stored locally in your browser, persistent until you clear it.
  • tejella.cookie-consent.v1 — remembers the choice you made in this banner so we stop asking. Stored locally, persistent.
  • Session and security tokens set by our host to serve pages and to protect forms against automated submission. Session duration.

Measurement

Only with your consent. Aggregated statistics about which pages are read and where visits come from, used to decide what to write more of.

This category is asked for separately from marketing. Consenting to measurement does not consent you to anything else.

If you reject it, no measurement cookie is written at all — we do not fall back to a 'legitimate interest' argument for analytics.

Marketing

Only with your consent, and asked for separately again. Used to build advertising audiences and to measure whether an email brought anyone here.

This consent is entirely distinct from the processing needed to complete an order. Refusing it has no effect on your ability to buy, on delivery, or on the guarantee.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit, with the same two equally weighted choices.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the bag and checkout from working, which is a limitation of the technology rather than a penalty.

Legal basis

Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR. Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.

The supervisory authority for cookie matters in Spain is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
