Where a shape carries a name associated with a place — Panama-style being the obvious case — the site states expressly that the name refers to the shape and not to the origin.

No third-party trade mark, character, film, celebrity likeness or protected design is reproduced anywhere on this site or on any product sold through it.

We take reasonable care that the information published here is accurate and up to date. Specifications, weights and dimensions are stated to the tolerance normal for a woven natural material, and colour reproduction varies between screens.

Straw is a plant fibre. Its natural cracking, fading and loss of shape over time are described on every product page and are characteristics of the material rather than defects. This does not limit the statutory guarantee, which is set out in full on the guarantee page.
